We are looking for you, if you have…

  • minimum 5 years relevant experience,
  • BSc / MSc degree (economics / management),
  • experience of complex cost reduction programmes across direct and indirect spend, including the use of advanced procurement analytics techniques, tools and approaches,
  • category knowledge of areas of direct and indirect spend,
  • experience of change management in complex multi-business unit and/or multi-geography environments (experience in the GBS sector is an advantage),
  • demonstrable knowledge of the current procurement technology market and trends including providers such as Jaggaer, Oracle, Atamis, SAP/Ariba and Coupa,
  • detailed knowledge of procurement processes, including category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, supply relationship management, purchase to pay (P2P) and supplier risk management,
  • experience in leading and managing procurement capability,
  • demonstrable experience and knowledge of designing and implementing procurement operating model changes,
  • strong stakeholder management skills,
  • the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and business culture,
  • the ability to manage complex projects, gained project management experience,
  • the ability to rapidly identify issues and propose solutions, supported by strategic methods and driven by data,
  • excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills in Hungarian and English; plus, any CEE language is an asset,

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • leverage your expertise and network to help generate and win new business opportunities and support the development of business propositions within procurement and other transformation-related work,
  • orovide subject-matter input in procurement related leads, proposals and projects,
  • support or lead the deliveries with focus on procurement related optimisations/transformations,
  • run spend analytics, work on category management and strategic sourcing, manage procurement transformation, understand procurement processes and supplier management.
