Financial Risk Management

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have…

  • a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in credit risk modelling in the banking sector or in risk management advisory
  • a degree in economics, finance, or engineering - actuarial and financial mathematical specialization is an advantage,
  • strong analytical and modelling skills and are proficient in working with databases,
  • familiarity with various programming languages (e.g. R, Python, or SAS),
  • in-depth knowledge of banking regulations and IFRS 9 standards related to credit risk modelling,
  • fluency in both Hungarian and English,
  • knowledge on how to incorporate machine learning algorithms into credit risk modelling (is an advantage),
  • experience in SQL programming and database management (is an advantage)
  • •knowledge on audit methodologies, experience in audit support engagements (is an advantage).

As part of our team, we will count you to…

  • participate in various credit risk modelling projects for the banking sector providing a wide coverage of different model types (IFRS 9 modelling, IRB models / scoring models, IFRS 9 models, etc.),
  • participate in model developments, model validations and support KPMG's audit team as a modelling expert,
  • provide professional support to junior colleagues during projects,
  • actively engage in client communication and support the planning and coordination of projects,
  • assist in business development (participation in client meetings, preparation and presentation of professional materials, etc.).
