Advisor / Senior Advisor - Business Valuation

Companies require reliable valuations to underpin transactions for business, tax, accounting and financial reporting reasons. It is important that boards, shareholders, investors, financiers, transaction counterparties and regulators can rely on the soundness of valuations. Our team of qualified Valuation Service professionals have extensive industry experience and our relevant valuation methodologies allow us to offer you quality, meaningful opinions. The Valuation team works closely with the rest of KPMG Deal Advisory and other service lines including M&A, Restructuring and Transaction Services to provide experienced advice for global multi-nationals, banks, funds, local companies and governments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Participate in Business Valuation projects in various industry sectors
  • Provide support to engagement manager, primarily with project execution
  • Conduct extensive data analyses and modeling
  • Develop appropriate valuation reports (mainly in Power Point)
  • Participate in client meetings
  • College or university degree specialized in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • CFA professional designation is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience gained at an accounting/consulting firm or investment bank
  • Considerable knowledge regarding the application of valuation methodology for business entities
  • Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English
  • Result-oriented with a clear focus on high quality
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, problem solver and finisher with good organizer skills
