We help our clients with industry-specific services to create value and manage risks. Our wide-ranging client portfolio enables you to gain real-life experience in industries such as telecommunications, energy, IT, finance or sports, and to work on ground-breaking projects.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the area of IT Advisory projects as subject matter expert and project manager
  • Proven track record managing IT engagements (projects) in major of the following areas: system implementation (ERP, CRM, BI, core banking), IT organizational and operating model, technical subject matter projects (ie. architecture related)
  • Deep understanding of the business model of at least two industries: banking, telecommunication, energy, insurance, production, retail
  • Preferably experience in working with public sector companies
  • Deep understanding of current project management and system implementation trends
  • Capable of intervening, if needed, in larger projects, even correcting the work of subject matter experts
  • Capable of creating concepts, methods for non-predictable situations and engagements
  • Experienced in working with C level executives
  • Experience in consulting related sales processes
  • Strong people management skills with a proven track record as a leader
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Strong English skills and Hungarian native language knowledge is a must
  • Advisory/consulting experience is a must

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing / supervising engagements in the  Technology and Project advisory with responsibility for the quality and profitability of the projects (3-5 projects in parallel)
  • Leading the delivery and sales processes related to selected accounts, including client relationships
  • Acting as professional and quality lead in a selected area (CIO, technology or project management)
  • Participating in the internal management team of the IT advisory
