Advisor - People Consulting
People and Change is an integral part of our Budapest based Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business. This team helps to transform the performance of organizations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. Our People & Change professionals support the Board and C-suite develop corporate governance and HR strategy, programs and plans that enable employees and line management effectively working together to execute and achieve the organization-wide business strategy.

This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • minimum 3 years relevant experience,
  • BSc / MSc degree (economics / management or social sciences or psychology),
  • strong stakeholder management skills,
  • the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and business cultures,
  • the capability to create a case for change and experience in preparing decision supporting materials,
  • logical and structured thinking, excellent problem-solving skills,
  • always been an effective team worker but you are able to work independently as well,
  • excellent oral / written communication skills in Hungarian and English; plus any CEE language is an asset.

  • support client's executives to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance with the support of senior KPMG leadership team,
  • prepare and operatively coordinate proposals, business models and presentations,
  • support high quality thought leadership business development initiatives.
