  • University or college degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field,
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data & Reporting projects,
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query and dashboard design,
  • Proven experience leading small teams and coordinating BI development activities,
  • Strong understanding of reporting, analytics and data warehousing concepts,
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions,
  • Ability to review and challenge technical solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs,
  • Experience in managing client-facing discussions, workshops and stakeholder meetings,
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills,
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive initiatives from requirement gathering through delivery,
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken); Hungarian is required for this position.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform or modern cloud-based data solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and data engineering concepts.
  • Experience in Agile project delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data governance principles.
  • Previous consulting experience.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • Lead the design and development of Power BI reporting and analytics solutions for enterprise clients,
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements,
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications,
  • Coordinate and mentor a small team of BI developers and analysts,
  • Review solution designs, data models and reports to ensure high-quality delivery,
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on reporting, analytics and data visualization best practices,
  • Drive continuous improvement of BI delivery methodologies and standards,
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposals and solution demonstrations when needed,
  • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions,
  • Solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights and modern reporting technologies.
