What will you do in this role?

As a Senior/Lead Cybersecurity Consultant, you will support organizations in developing and enhancing their cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing industry-leading security practices.

You will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working closely with clients and project teams across various industries to address cybersecurity challenges and improve security maturity.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• leading or taking part in Cybersecurity consulting or compliance related projects as expert and/or professional leader in various industry sectors.
• advising clients in the areas of cyber risk management, information security governance, implementation of security standards, Business Continuity Management, AI security, cloud security and data security,
• continuously monitoring and adapting to the requirements of new legislation and regulations that have an impact on our clients.

We are looking for you if you have:

• at least 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related IT security role,
• demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: cyber risk management, information security governance, implementation of security standards, Business Continuity Management, AI security, cloud security or data security,
• hands-on experience with international standards and frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST, ISO 22301, COBIT or PCI DSS,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex cybersecurity challenges,
• excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences,
• experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities,
• advanced user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• a university or college degree (BSc or MSc) in Information Technology, Information Systems Security or a related field,
• relevant professional certifications such as CBCI, ISO 27001 Auditor, CISA, CISM or CISSP,
• German language skills,
• a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and develop,
• a client-focused approach and strong teamwork skills.
