What will you do in this role?

  • Be responsible for the design and coordination of Accounts Payable (AP) processes across 45 companies in 30 countries.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee and support the delivery center's staff in all AP-related topics, including task allocation, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Perform monitoring and control activities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines, and proactively identify and escalate execution issues.
  • Lead discussions aimed at improving process efficiency and increasing transparency around improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain effective relationships and communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide people management and performance management support to team members.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • BSc degree or equivalent In Finance, Accounting or Economics / Accounts Payable knowledge and experience in service center (SSC) environment or at accounting service provider,
  • minimum 3 years Accounts Payable deep domain process knowledge with minimal experience in managing/ coordinating smaller team or responsible for a specific AP process step or coordinating daily operational inflow withing Accounts Payable team(s),
  • specialization and advance expertise of invoice receiving and invoice processing,
  • in-depth knowledge of end-to-end AP process in general, including best practices, compliance requirement and operational efficiencies within AP functions.
  • Structured Mindset: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Engage and Empower: Lead and develop the team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in business English and Hungarian, with a talent for presenting complex information clearly and concisely while interacting with team members, stakeholders, and vendors professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving in daily operations, with the ability to communicate short- and long-term fixes to the team and stakeholders. Strong ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions to improve the service.
  • Influencing Skills: Proven ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining focus and delivering high-quality results.
