Junior Risk Management Associate

In this role, you will support our business by analyzing and assessing risks throughout the client and engagement acceptance process, helping ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

As part of the Quality & Risk Management team, you will also gain exposure to a broad range of risk management areas, including internal audit, compliance, and independence, while developing your expertise in an environment that values professional integrity, objectivity, and technical excellence.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you:

  • hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field,
  • are a native Hungarian speaker with excellent English communication skills (C1, both written and spoken),
  • have strong analytical and research skills,
  • are proficent user of MS programs,
  • have a good understanding of financial markets and regulatory developments, and their impact on business processes and client engagements,
  • are detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines,
  • can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams,
  • have a basic understanding of accounting principles.

As part of our team, we will count on you to:

  • perform ongoing Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence in line with our quality and risk management standards, preparing KYC documentation and analytical risk assessments with the support of AI tools,
  • review and assess negative media screening results, escalating potential risks where appropriate,
  • update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements
  • develop an understanding of the firm's independence policies, quality standards, and broader risk management initiatives,
  • communicate effectively with engagement teams on KYC, AML, and other compliance-related matters,
  • support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring activities, including the preparation and follow-up of monitoring reports,
  • provide day-to-day support across a range of Quality & Risk management activities.
