Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex business and IT transformation projects?

Join us and apply your expertise to support complex IT and transformation projects, drive high-impact technology assessments and strategic initiatives, and advise clients through structured, analytical, and hands-on consulting across diverse, large-scale engagements.

What will you do in this role?

Your daily responsibilities will include, among others:

  • taking part in large IT projects as a subject matter expert, depending on your previous experience (e.g. architecture design, IT system and IT landscape reviews, vendor selection, quality assurance),
  • analyzing clients’ IT environments, applications, and architecture landscapes,
  • supporting IT due diligence, transformation, and optimization projects,
  • analyzing the effectiveness of IT processes and IT systems,
  • translating business requirements into IT and solution concepts,
  • participating in client workshops and stakeholder interviews,
  • assessing system architectures, integrations, and operating models,
  • preparing high-quality client deliverables, presentations, and recommendations,
  • supporting strategic decision-making related to IT and digital transformation,
  • collaborating with cross-functional consulting teams .

We are looking for you if have

  • an MSc or BSc degree specialized in IT, and/or a degree in Economics with a strong interest in IT,
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT-related roles, such as System Analyst, Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, or IT Consultant,
  • a strong understanding of IT solutions on system and domain level,
  • exceptional conceptual skills, including the ability to understand complex scenarios and develop creative solutions while considering technical trade-offs,
  • experience working with both business and technical stakeholders, aligning IT solutions with business requirements,
  • an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
  • excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • the ability to structure and present complex information clearly,
  • fluent English skills (written and spoken) and native-level Hungarian language knowledge (mandatory).

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • experience in consulting projects or client-facing roles,
  • experience in banking or telecom is an advantage, however not required,
  • familiarity with modern solution architecture design patterns, integration patterns, and cloud technology,
  • understanding of agile methodologies such as scrum,
  • exposure to it strategy, transformation, or it due diligence projects.
