Joint our team as a Group Assistant!
What will you do in this role?
- provide administrative support to the top manager(s)
- handle emails, messages, phone calls
- prepare documents, contracts, invoices, presentations
- organize meetings and strategic type events, check and update calendars
- cooperate with other departments
- be pro-active in helping the operation of the department
- prepare and release articles
- manage and update our administrative systems
- support the team members in ad-hoc matters
We are looking for you if you have:
- gained min 1year of experience in a similar supportive role
- advanced English knowledge (both written and oral) and you communicate effectively
- confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- are self-sufficient and easily get along attitude with people
- a well-organized, reliable personality, who pays attention to details
- great time-management and problem-solving skills
- a creative, goal-oriented mindset and positive attitude
