(Senior) Consultant – Corporate Treasury Advisory & Transformation

We’re looking for a dynamic Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Treasury Advisory team and actively contribute to large-scale treasury transformation initiatives. Working closely with our Swiss- and UK-based Global Treasury Centers of Excellence, you will support leading corporates in reshaping their treasury operating models, digital capabilities, and ways of working.

What will you do in this role?

  • Support or lead treasury transformation projects such as Treasury Management System implementations, payment and cash management solutions, and target operating model design.
  • Prepare analyses, business cases, and management presentations supporting strategic treasury decisions.
  • Map, assess and improve treasury processes including payments, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity and cash pooling.
  • Translate business requirements into pragmatic, technology-enabled solutions in close collaboration with clients, IT teams, vendors and banks.
  • Take ownership of defined workstreams and progressively expand your responsibilities within projects.
  • Represent KPMG with a professional, client-focused mindset.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience (Consultant) or 5+ years’ experience (Senior Consultant) in corporate treasury, banking, or treasury advisory.
  • Solid knowledge of cash management products and processes, including liquidity management, payments, cash pooling, and cash forecasting.
  • Have some experience related to treasury digitalisation or TMS initiatives (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, FIS) and enjoy bridging business and technology, any hands-on experience or accreditation is a plus.
  • Are curious about how treasury functions can be transformed through data, automation, and new operating models.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with a structured, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Strong client-orientation and advisory mindset.
  • Have experience in project type of activities.
  • High attention to detail and work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
