We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Business Process Orchestration and Automation Principal Consultant (Lead). This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong background in business process automation, integration technologies, and team leadership to contribute to transformative projects and drive innovation.

This is the perfect opportunity for you, if You have…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics (with significant IT affinity), or a related discipline;
  • minimum of 10 years’ experience in business process orchestration and automation, including expertise with integration technologies such as ERP systems, document management, service management, BPMS/workflow, RPA, middleware, application development, BI, and AI;
  • at least 5 years of proven experience in leading high-performing teams;
  • demonstrated success in managing process innovation, excellence, and transformation initiatives;
  • extensive experience in technology implementation and integration projects;
  • advanced knowledge and skills in project management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management;
  • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hungarian;
  • outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, complemented by a proactive, solutions-oriented approach;
  • strong business acumen, with an in-depth understanding of organizational structures, governance, and operating model design and implementation, including policies, processes, controls, and KPIs;
  • thorough understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based software architecture and related infrastructure design;
  • ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to have skills:

  • hands-on experience within SSC organizations;
  • background in software development, particularly in UI/UX design;
  • proficiency with data management, integration, and reporting tools;
  • experience implementing AI-enabled technology solutions;
  • familiarity with Agile PM methodologies.

  • serve as the subject matter expert and thought leader for Business Process Orchestration and Automation;
  • oversee quality assurance to ensure delivery teams consistently meet high standards and project scope aligns with contractual agreements;
  • lead project management activities, with a focus on project planning;
  • manage and monitor project budgets;
  • collaborate cross-functionally with other KPMG leaders to support business development initiatives.
