KPMG is seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Sales Manager to lead client engagement and business development efforts across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role focuses on promoting and integrating AI-driven solutions—including generative AI, computer vision, and structured/unstructured data processing—into client operations. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal AI teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and regional market needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for AI solutions, tailored to CEE market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying AI opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI capabilities and drive adoption.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the CEE region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value through continuous engagement and performance tracking.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Represent KPMG at regional conferences, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Support internal training and enablement initiatives to scale AI knowledge across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or consulting, preferably in AI or technology services.
  • Business level understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI (LLMs), NLP, computer vision, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one CEE regional language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian).
  • Ability to work across cultures and navigate regional business environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI deployment frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel across the CEE region as needed.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and ML lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLFlow).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI solution selling and value-based consulting.
  • Understanding of regional regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and AI ethics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, MLFlow).
  • Multilingual capabilities across CEE languages.
