This is a perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area of IT Advisory projects as ServiceNow subject matter expert (preferably including modul knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD);
  • proven track record managing ServiceNow platform based IT engagements (projects);
  • architecture and datamodell planning knowledge (CMDB, CSDM);
  • deep understanding of ServiceNow based digital transformations;
  • experience in consulting related pre-sales processes;
  • very good presentation skills;
  • strong English skills (both written and verbal) and Hungarian native language knowledge is a must;
  • experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts) is an advantage, however the knowledge of the listed technologies are not mandatory;
  • experience in technologies like REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, SSO is an advantage;
  • experience in CI/CD, DevOps, TOGAF, ITIL is an advangtage;
  • capability of creating concepts, methods for non-predictable situations and engagements is an advantage, however not required.

As part of our team, we will count on you to...

  • act as ServiceNow senior advisor, engagement lead, account manager of selected accounts;
  • lead E2E technical pre-sales processes and ServiceNow related IT service developments.
