We're looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our Treasury Advisory team, driving strategic initiatives and product development. Ideal for those eager to influence business strategy, this role offers the chance to strengthen and grow our treasury advisory and managed services business lines. This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you…

  • hold a BSc/MSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,
  • have 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or treasury advisory,
  • have an in-depth knowledge of cash management products, including liquidity management, payment processing, cash-pooling, and cash forecasting,
  • are experienced in leading treasury digitalization projects and understand treasury tech,
  • demonstrate a strong product development and business development mindset,
  • possess a technological background that can be leveraged for digitalization initiatives,
  • can manage multiple projects with a structured approach,
  • possess a client-oriented approach and advisory mindset,
  • demonstrate high levels of accuracy and can work both independently and as part of a team,
  • are proficient in English,
  • are proficient in MS Office applications.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • lead treasury advisory projects in various field, such as treasury restructuring, bank relationship rationalization, bank cost optimization, cash-pool implementation, etc,
  • coordinate different digitalization and system implementation projects in the corporate treasury field (from business point of view), such as treasury management system implementation, payment engine implementation or any similar corporate treasury digitalization project,
  • assist in establishing our treasury managed services business line where we offer services for our clients to outsource certain treasury functions,
  • lead the design, development, and execution of new product initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's business goals,
  • drive digitalization initiatives, leveraging your technological background to foster innovation and efficiency,
  • coordinate multiple workstreams, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful execution,
  • identifying process improvements and proposing solutions,
  • understand client needs to enhance our offerings,
  • craft detailed reports and presentations.
