This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • 5+ years of experience in AP or accounting (in service center (SSC) or at accounting service provider or in the corporate sector),
  • experience in managing projects, teams and stakeholders, for example as a Financial Project Manager, Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert,
  • knowledge in finance and accounting, and you understand AP processes, balance clearing, reconciliation, and expense settlement processes, as well as if you possess a general accounting knowledge,
  • experience working in a multinational environment,
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge,
  • the ability to understand processes, make suggestions for improvements
  • ERP system knowledge - you can work with corporate financial systems at least at an intermediate level. It is a plus if you have used Microsoft Dynamics or SAP,
  • the ability to work independently on various topics related to your professional field,
  • Client-focused mindset.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • participate as a Project Coordinator on financial and accounting projects and ad hoc task, related to AP, AR, Vendor Master Data or Travel & Expense, according to the client's needs,
  • coordinate the project related tasks throughout the entire project life cycle, with deep understanding of the professional (finance and accounting) content,
  • keep in constant contact with the client and KPMG's senior management,
  • meet and support the client in their office with regular personal presence (1 day a week), thereby strengthening the relationship,
  • perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues.
