This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting/administration (e.g., Travel and Expense, AP, AR),
  • basic financial and accounting knowledge – You understand balance clearing, account reconciliation and expense accounting processes,
  • experience with corporate T&E systems and processes is a plus,
  • experience working in a multinational environment is a plus,
  • fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge,
  • ERP system knowledge - you can work with corporate financial systems at least at a basic or intermediate level. It is a plus if you have used Microsoft Dynamics or Certify,
  • data analysis and reporting skills – Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP),
  • proactivity and independence – You can identify issues and propose solutions for handling balance clearing and overdue balances,
  • strong problem-solving skills – You can analyze the reasons behind overdue items and respond quickly,
  • communication and stakeholder management skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments,
  • attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks – Ensuring accuracy and precision in financial transactions and balance management.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • perform regular balance clearing tasks,
  • identify and resolve problematic items,
  • develope, review, analyze and clarify the inflow operational process related to Travel & Living expenses,
  • establish Travel & Expense reporting, create focused reports on pending and overdue balances,
  • proactively cooperate with the KPMG expense team, the client’s HR team and employees,
  • perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues.
