This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
  • at least 5 years of accounts payable experience (in service center (SSC) or at accounting service provider),
  • experience in managing teams, projects, and stakeholders,
  • proficiency in English and Hungarian (other foreign language knowledge is a big advantage),
  • ability to use MS Office applications effectively,
  • client orientation,
  • accuracy and ability to work as a team player precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines, independently in a fast-changing environment,
  • responsible and accountable with ownership mindset,
  • the ability to understand processes, make suggestions for improvement with out of box mindset,
  • domain knowledge of E2E AP process including Invoice registration, query handling and quality & control,
  • CI and LEAN knowledge are a plus to be a pioneer transforming processes in a newly formed and a vivid organization.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • be responsible for the design and coordination of the AP processes at 45 companies in 30 countries.
  • take part in process improvement projects,
  • supervise the delivery center's staff In all AP related topics (assigning tasks, sending out reminders, etc.)
  • perform monitoring and control tasks,
  • perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
  • lead discussions to deliver process efficiency and create transparency on opportunities,
  • keep contact with different stakeholders,
  • provide your team with people and performance management support.
