This team helps to assists clients to think beyond the limits of their traditional business models, choose where and how they should add value, and reorganize to defend themselves against new threats and seize new opportunities, also by changing the way people are led, managed, and developed.We are looking for you, if you have…

  • minimum 4-6 years relevant experience
  • BSc / MSc degree (economics / management, social sciences or other related)
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and business culture
  • the ability to rapidly identify issues and propose solutions, supported by strategic methods and driven by data
  • experience in complex business or functional transformations
  • the capability to understand complex situations
  • logical and structured thinking, excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability and desire to learn, however deep knowledge in 1 sector or business area
  • always been an effective team worker but you are able to work independently as well
  • excellent oral/written communication skills in Hungarian and English; plus, any CEE language is an asset
  • demonstrated proficiency in MS office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, think-cell etc.)
  • we know, nobody has it all

  • support client's executives to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance with the support of senior KPMG leadership team
  • prepare and operatively coordinate of proposals, assessments,business models and presentations
  • supporthigh quality thought leadership business development initiatives
