This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you …

have BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in finance, accounting or economics,
have a deep knowledge in finance and accounting, and at least 8-10 years of work experience,
have previously worked at a larger company or at a Shared Service Center,
have a background in auditing or consulting,
have experience in financial project management, preferably in the field of transition,
led a team before, therefore already have some people management experience
have excellent command of written and spoken English and Hungarian (German language is a plus).

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

Customer management: you will be responsible to actively participate in business development activities, build and maintain client relationships as well as internal KPMG network.
People management: hire and develop your finance process transformation team including junior and senior consultants.
Technical process management: Focus is on finance process transformation and as such you will work with KPMG’s international network as well as our clients on various large scale projects. You will need to leverage your deep finance and accounting knowledge as well as project and SSC transition related experience. You may be engaged in long term projects and drive key accounts for the firm.
