We help our clients with industry-specific services to create value and manage risks. Our wide-ranging client portfolio enables you to gain real-life experience in industries such as telecommunications, energy, IT, finance or sports, and to work on ground-breaking projects.

In this role you will provide a deep AP process domain expertise for the relevant process to support operations, delivery, silent running, quality management and control.

In this role you will:

Manage process descriptions and transformation end to end processes for one of our Client.
Perform analytical reports and reviews.
Responsible for proper due diligence during process transition.
Provide guidance, support, training and mentoring for operational team.
Provide effective support to system transformation, enhancement.
Provide analysis and feedback regarding the impact of a project, upgrade or process change.
Analyze different set of data and provide the leadership with inputs and recommendation on operational steps and process changes.
Drive standardization of processes, process controls and KPIs.
Work closely with AP leadership and stakeholders.
Help the team to resolve issues and put process improvement in place.

What you will need to be successful:

Min 5+ years AP experience in a multinational environment.
Deep domain E2E AP knowledge along with min 2 years’ experience in AP/ S2P SME position.
Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
Knowledge of an integrated system and different reporting tools.
Working experience with workflows.
Ability to create macros in MS Excel.
High level of analytical skills, data management, financial awareness.
Flexible, motivated personality.
Consistent track record of process improvement.
Strong communication and cooperation skills.
Innovative and change management competencies.
Open mindset and curiosity.
Result oriented approach.
Knowing RPA, Power BI tools and solution.
Project management and organizational change experience in a fast-changing multi-national environment would be a great advantage.
LEAN certification is a plus.
