• hold a BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,
• have at least 5 years of experience in business development, product development, strategic advisory, or similar areas,
• demonstrate a strong product development and business development mindset,
• possess a technological background that can be leveraged for digitalization initiatives,
• have a structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously,
• are proficient in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a significant asset,
• are proficient in MS Office applications,
• possess a client-oriented approach,
• demonstrate high levels of accuracy and are able to work both independently and as part of a team,
• have a good understanding of business processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
