Our central service groups are responsible for helping KPMG’s professional staff to achieve their business goals and ensuring the company’s effective operation on a daily basis. Central services department includes HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Business development and Office services teams, who manage the operation of our modern office building.


This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you …

  • have completed or ongoing university studies
  • interested in economics,
  • are available to work at least 30 hours/week or full time
  • have the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner,
  • pay attention to accuracy and detail,
  • are able to perform repetitive tasks regularly,
  • possess the ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments,
  • are an advanced user of MS office (especially Microsoft Excel),
  • are a skilled English language user (C1 in writing),
  • have native Hungarian language skills.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • perform mainly administrative tasks,
  • organize the process of compliance trainings,
  • monitor the response rates of such trainings and keep in touch with colleagues who have not finished,
  • create necessary reports In Microsoft Excel,
  • arrange e-mails and the documentation of trainings,
  • communicate with other KPMG Hungary departments in case of administrative issues,
  • keep in touch with KPMG Global teams if technical or regulatory questions arise,
  • communicate effectively with colleagues on various compliance matters,
  • understand the firms’ independence rules and policies as well as get familiar with other quality and risk management initiatives.
