Operations Excellence Advisory assists clients to think beyond the limits of their traditional business models, choose where and how they should add value, and reorganize to defend themselves against new threats and seize new opportunities. Our people routinely use target operations methodologies to describe the current status, the desired future performance level and the innovations necessary to move forward on their journey to operational excellence. We primarily focus on efficient and effective operational model development, sales transformations with great customer experience and end to end digital solutions. 
Your opportunity:
As an Advisor you should already have proven track record in management consulting, or an ability to demonstrate strong background in internal facing consulting services.

Key requirements:
  • Master’s degree from a leading university with outstanding academic achievement
  • 3+ years of experience from either professional services (consulting, advisory) or internal consulting services at a leading multinational company
  • Experience in complex business or functional transformations / redesigns
Key competencies:
  • Ability to rapidly identify issues and propose solutions, supported by strategic methods and driven by data
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, stakeholder management and executive presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and ability to lead junior advisors
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, think-cell etc.)
  • Communicating compelling solutions to c-suite stakeholders in Hungarian and English (command of any other Central and Eastern European languages is an asset) 
Expertise in one of the following areas:
  • Procurement operations and/or strategy
  • Advanced analytics in operations
  • Process improvements e.g. ava, lean, six sigma
  • Supply chain management
  • Network / asset / inventory optimizations
  • Cost reduction / profitability programs
  • Operating model redesign
  • Sales transformation
  • Customer experience design
  • Business strategy creation
