  • 3+ years of relevant experience in advisory services or in the financial sector 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with economic/business background 
  • strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • ability to work within a team and with people at all levels in an organization 
  • flexibility and capability to handle periodic workload peaks. 
  • ability to fluently communicate complex ideas effectively in Hungarian and in English (verbally and in writing)
  • flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
  • functional knowledge in strategy, banking products / financial sector trends and interest in IT is an advantage
