Joint our team as a Group Assistant!

What will you do in this role?

• provide administrative support to the top manager(s)
• handle emails, messages, phone calls
• prepare documents, contracts, invoices, presentations
• organize meetings and strategic type events, check and update calendars
• cooperate with other departments 
• be pro-active in helping the operation of the department
• prepare and release articles
• manage and update our administrative systems
• support the team members in ad-hoc matters

We are looking for you if you have:

• gained min 1year of experience in a similar supportive role
• advanced English knowledge (both written and oral) and you communicate effectively
• confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• are self-sufficient and easily get along attitude with people
• a well-organized, reliable personality, who pays attention to details
• great time-management and problem-solving skills
• a creative, goal-oriented mindset and positive attitude
