What will you do in this role?

Perform regular vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor, analyze, and clear open vendor items in a timely manner.

Investigate and resolve aged outstanding balances.
-
Maintain proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
-
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper invoice processing and posting.
-
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
-
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
-
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the AP function.
-
Handle additional Accounts Payable tasks as required.
We are looking for you if you have:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,
-
3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
-
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
-
Experience in managing vendor relationships.
-
Good understanding of accounting principles.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
-
Experience with SAP or Oracle AP module is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer focus.

Stable English and Hungarian language knowledge

Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and query management.

Strong problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues and propose solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate findings clearly with internal and external partners.
