• have bachelor’s degree of Economics or Finance,
• are fluent in English and have good communication and interpersonal skills,
• have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook),
• have a strong interest in advising clients on their sourcing strategies including building their vision and business case for an SSC,
• have 5-8 years of experience in SSC/BIG4/outsourcing service provider especially in finance and accounting or controlling area.
• have experience in business development, sales and people management,
• have end-to-end and / or record to report accounting experience and / or controlling experience,
• internal or external audit experience or chartered accountant / ACCA qualification is an advantage,
• SAP S/4HANA user knowledge is an advantage.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

• advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle,
• provide advisory services to clients and KPMG project team members to help ensure that analysis and results support engagement decision making,
• participate client meetings to design and implement recommendations,
• perform detailed financial analyses and summarize results in support of insourcing, outsourcing, transformation engagements and on-site support,
• involvement and leadership experience in accounting and finance process reengineering and improvement tasks, process mining engagements
• actively participate in business development and sales activites, keeping contant and building trusted relationship with the clients, engaging new clients
• be responsible for project delivery and execution
• support the work of junior colleagues, mentoring and knowledge-management.
