This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
at least 5 years of accounts payable experience (in service center (SSC) or at accounting service provider),
experience in managing teams, projects, and stakeholders,
proficiency in English and Hungarian (other foreign language knowledge is a big advantage),
ability to use MS Office applications effectively,
client orientation,
accuracy and ability to work as a team player precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines, independently in a fast-changing environment,
responsible and accountable with ownership mindset,
the ability to understand processes, make suggestions for improvement with out of box mindset,
domain knowledge of E2E AP process including Invoice registration, query handling and quality & control,
CI and LEAN knowledge are a plus to be a pioneer transforming processes in a newly formed and a vivid organization.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

be responsible for the design and coordination of the AP processes at 45 companies in 30 countries.
take part in process improvement projects,
supervise the delivery center's staff In all AP related topics (assigning tasks, sending out reminders, etc.)
perform monitoring and control tasks,
perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
lead discussions to deliver process efficiency and create transparency on opportunities,
keep contact with different stakeholders,
provide your team with people and performance management support.
