This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
1-3 years of accounts payable experience (in service center (SSC) or at accounting service provider),
strong deductive and analytical skills with attention to detail and precision,
experience in account reconciliation,
hands on knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) coupled with Microsoft Office knowledge and MS Excel expertise,
team player, able to work collaboratively with an end to end mindset,
good communication skills with customer-focused mindset,
ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks,
action oriented, delivery driven,
fluency in English and Hungarian.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

reconcile vendor statements,
deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable,
handle reclaims & corrections,
participate in AP closing and periodical activities,
identify, evaluate and resolve issues, support process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team,
support the audits specific to accounts payable,
perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
keep contact with different steakholders.
