We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust software solutions. Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing scalable backend systems to support our corporate applications, with an emphasis on developing backend solutions for business-related Data Science applications. You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, data scientists, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the requirements of our clients.
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have…
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years' worth of expertise in .NET Development
- Working experience in .NET 6 or newer version
- Technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies with focus on Web APIs, Entity Framework, and unit testing with mocking
- Excellent development skills in C#
- Good working knowledge of database development, preferably with Azure SQL
- Good working knowledge of microservice architecture, domain driven design
- Familiarity with software development methods and version control tools such as Git, and entire CI/CD workflow from development to release
- Knowledge of at least one of the cloud platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS)
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, comfortable in client-facing roles
- Fluent Hungarian knowledge is a must for this position.
