Banking Process Lead - Advisory Area

  • BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
  • at least 3 years experience in accounting, especially in bank transactions and reconciliations, (preferably in a shared service center (SSC) or at an accounting service provider),
  • experience in leading Bank related processes and projects,
  • understanding of a proper information flow between different departments within the organization such as AP, AR and Closing and Reporting teams,
  • proficiency in English (other foreign language knowledge is an advantage),
  • ability to use MS Office applications effectively,
  • accuracy, ability to work in a team environment, precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines, independently and responsibly,
  • capability to offer valuable suggestions for improvement.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • be responsible for the design and coordination of the Banking processes together with other Process Leads and share the responsibility in multitude companies across the globe,
  • supervise the delivery center's staff in all Banking related topics (assigning tasks, sending out reminders, leading conversations, reviewing, etc.),
  • lead the communication, review the daily tasks and train the staff in connection with the foreign bookkeeping delivery center,
  • perform monitoring and control tasks,
  • take part in process improvement projects,
  • perform operational KPIs in compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
  • keep contact with different stakeholders.
