What will you do in this role?

KPMG is seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Solution Architect to lead client engagement and solution design across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

This role focuses on promoting and integrating AI-driven solutions - including generative AI, computer vision, and structured/unstructured data processing - into client operations. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal AI teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and regional market needs.

Your daily responsibilities will include, among others:

  • building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying AI opportunities,
  • collaborating with product managers, data scientists and engineers to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions,
  • leading client workshops, demos and presentations to showcase AI capabilities and drive adoption,
  • monitoring market trends, regulatory developments and the competitive landscape in the CEE region,
  • supporting client relationship management, contract negotiation and the post‑implementation phase,
  • ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term value through continuous engagement and performance tracking,
  • providing feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience,
  • representing KPMG at regional conferences, industry events and networking forums,
  • supporting internal training and enablement initiatives to scale AI knowledge across the organization.

We are looking for you if have:

  • minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or consultant in AI or technology services,
  • business‑level understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI (LLMs), NLP, computer vision and data analytics,
  • familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI deployment frameworks,
  • a proven track record of supporting client relationship management and delivering complex solutions,
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one CEE regional language,
  • ability to work across cultures and navigate regional business environments,
  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field,
  • willingness to travel across the CEE region as needed.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • experience with AI or technology solution design and value‑based consulting,
  • understanding of regional regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and AI ethics,
  • hands‑on experience with AI tools and platforms.
