AI Solution Architect
Description:
KPMG is seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Solution Architect to lead client engagement and solution design across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role focuses on promoting and integrating AI-driven solutions—including generative AI, computer vision, and structured/unstructured data processing—into client operations. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal AI teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and regional market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
- Lead client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI capabilities and drive adoption.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the CEE region.
- Support client relationship management, contract negotiation, and the post-implementation phase.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value through continuous engagement and performance tracking.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Represent KPMG at regional conferences, industry events, and networking forums.
- Support internal training and enablement initiatives to scale AI knowledge across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst, product owner, or consultant in AI or technology services.
- Business-level understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI (LLMs), NLP, computer vision, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI deployment frameworks.
- Proven track record of supporting client relationship management, and delivering complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one CEE regional language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian).
- Ability to work across cultures and navigate regional business environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel across the CEE region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI or technology solution design and value-based consulting.
- Understanding of regional regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and AI ethics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms.
