Personal Assistant
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to top management.
- Handling emails, messages, and phone calls.
- Preparing documents, contracts, invoices, and presentations.
- Organizing meetings and strategic events, updating calendars.
- Arranging flights, booking tickets and accommodations.
- Collaborating with other departments and global offices.
- Translating documents and emails.
- Proactively supporting departmental operations.
- Preparing and releasing articles.
- Managing and updating administrative systems.
- Supporting team members with ad-hoc requests.
This role is ideal for you if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar support role.
- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) and effective communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to work well with others.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative, goal-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
