  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in service center (SSC) environment or at accounting service provider
  • strong deductive and analytical skills with attention to detail and precision,
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards
  • hands on knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus) coupled with Microsoft Office knowledge and MS Excel expertise,
  • team player, able to work collaboratively with an end-to-end mindset,
  • good communication skills with customer-focused mindset,
  • ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks,
  • action oriented, delivery driven,
  • fluency in English and Hungarian.

As part of our team, we will count on you to…

  • deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable,
  • process and verify incoming invoices daily,
  • handle reclaims & corrections,
  • participate in AP closing and periodical activities,
  • identify, evaluate, and resolve issues, take part in process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team,
  • support the audits specific to accounts payable,
  • perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
  • keep contact with different stakeholders.
  • mentor the new joiners and the junior staff.
