- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in service center (SSC) environment or at accounting service provider
- strong deductive and analytical skills with attention to detail and precision,
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards
- hands on knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus) coupled with Microsoft Office knowledge and MS Excel expertise,
- team player, able to work collaboratively with an end-to-end mindset,
- good communication skills with customer-focused mindset,
- ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks,
- action oriented, delivery driven,
- fluency in English and Hungarian.

- deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable,
- process and verify incoming invoices daily,
- handle reclaims & corrections,
- participate in AP closing and periodical activities,
- identify, evaluate, and resolve issues, take part in process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team,
- support the audits specific to accounts payable,
- perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
- keep contact with different stakeholders.
