Data Management & Migration Consultant

Join us and apply your expertise to support complex IT and transformation projects, drive high-impact technology assessments and strategic initiatives, and advise clients through structured, analytical, and hands-on consulting across diverse, large-scale engagements.

What will you do in this role?

Your daily responsibilities will include, among others:

  • support large-scale business and IT transformation projects as a Data Management and Migration specialist
  • collect, analyze and document business requirements related to data migration and data quality
  • facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • perform source-to-target mapping and support definition of transformation rules
  • coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business users
  • support data migration testing, reconciliation and defect resolution
  • create and maintain migration-related documentation, data dictionaries and mapping specifications
  • collaborate with project managers, solution architects and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery
  • monitor migration progress, risks and data quality issues

We are looking for you if have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management or Data Migration
  • understanding of data lifecycle, data quality and migration concepts
  • experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • strong English communication skills

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday or similar ERP experience
  • knowledge of ETL and migration tools or data management softwares
  • Data Governance methodology, or expertize
  • experience in data cleansing or reconciliation activities
  • DAMA CDMP or equivalent certification
