AP Subject Matter Expert (SME)
In this role you will provide a deep AP process domain expertise for the relevant process to support operations, delivery, silent running, quality management and control.
What will you do in this role?
- Manage process descriptions and transformation end to end processes for one of our Client.
- Perform analytical reports and reviews.
- Provide guidance, support, training and mentoring for operational team.
- Provide effective support to system transformation, enhancement.
- Provide analysis and feedback regarding the impact of a project, upgrade or process change.
- Analyze different sets of data and provide the leadership with inputs and recommendation on operational steps and process changes.
- Drive standardization of processes, process controls and KPIs.
- Work closely with AP leadership and stakeholders.
- Help the team to resolve issues and put process improvements in place.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Min 2+ years AP experience in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
- High level of analytical skills, data management, financial awareness.
- Flexible, motivated and self driven personality.
- Consistent track record of process improvement.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Innovative and change management competencies.
- Open mindset and curiosity.
- Result oriented approach.
- Strong command of Excel functions and Power Query.
- Project management and organizational change experience in a fast-changing multi-national environment would be a great advantage.
- LEAN certification is a plus.
