Internal audit and Forensics Trainee

Kick‑start your career at KPMG’s Internal Audit and Forensics team.
As an trainee, you’ll support exciting and real business projects, help clients improve their processes and controls, and gain insight into risk management and compliance topics. You may also get involved in forensic and data‑driven tasks.
You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative team, gain exposure to different industries, and learn directly from experienced professionals who are committed to your development.

What will you do in this role?

  • Assist international and local internal audit teams’ daily professional activities.
  • Test internal controls’ design and effectiveness.
  • Analyse documents.
  • Draft internal audit reports and presentations to owners, management and audit committees.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Interest in the field of internal audit, internal control systems, SOX, compliance and forensincs.
  • Ongoing University studies (Economics, Business Administration or Law).
  • Ability to work at least 25 hours a week.
  • Accurate work style.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (other language is a plus), with fluent Hungarian.
  • Efficient team worker attitude, but you can work independently as well.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook).
