Banking Process Lead - Advisory Area

What will you do in this role?
- be responsible for the design and coordination and professional review of the bank statement booking processes of various entities,
- supervise the delivery center's staff in bank statement booking related topics (assigning tasks, sending out reminders, leading conversations, reviewing, etc.),
- lead the communication, review the daily tasks and train the staff in connection with the foreign bookkeeping delivery center,
- perform monitoring and controlling of the day-to-day and closing related tasks,
- take part in process improvement projects,
- perform operational KPIs in compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
- keep contact with different stakeholders.
We are looking for you if you have:
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
- at least 3 years experience in accounting, especially in booking of bank transactions and reconciliations, (preferably in a shared service center (SSC) or at an accounting service provider),
- experience in General Ledger booking processes (experience with booking of bank statements, clearing of such items is a plus),
- proficiency in English,
- ability to use MS Office applications effectively, experience in Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus,
- accuracy, ability to work in a team environment, precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines, independently and responsibly,
- capability to offer valuable suggestions for improvement.
