AP Analyst – Bookkeeping Team

What will you do in this role?
- Deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable.
- Handle reclaims & corrections.
- Participate in AP closing and periodical activities.
- Identify, evaluate and resolve issues, support process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team.
- Support the audits specific to accounts payable.
- Perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues.
- Keep contact with different steakholders.
We are looking for you if:
- You have 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable (preferably gained in an SSC environment or at an accounting service provider).
- You possess strong deductive and analytical skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems (an advantage) and solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
- You are a team player with an end‑to‑end mindset.
- You have strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- You are able to organize, prioritize, and structure your tasks effectively.
- You are action‑oriented and delivery‑driven.
- you are fluent in English and Hungarian.
