AP Analyst – Mailbox Team

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administrative or finance support role (in service center (SSC) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with repetitive tasks
  • Hands on knowledge of ERP applications is a plus, coupled with Microsoft Office knowledge and MS Excel expertise,
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively with an end to end mindset,
  • Good communication skills with customer-focused mindset,
  • Ability to prioritize and structure the tasks,
  • Action oriented, delivery driven,
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.

  • Download and save incoming invoices from shared mailboxes
  • Sort and organize invoices systematically in accordance with internal procedures
  • Respond to invoice-related inquiries from internal teams
  • Perform corrections related to invoice savings
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve issues, support process improvement and standardization projects in close cooperation with the process lead team,
  • Perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues,
