AP Query Senior Coordinator

This is the perfect opportunity for you, if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • 4-5 years of experience in finance/accounting/administration (e.g., AP, AR), including at least 3 years in AP query management, issue resolutions and account reconciliation,
  • project management and SME experience is a plus,
  • financial and accounting knowledge – You understand balance clearing, account reconciliation, and expense accounting processes,
  • experience working in a multinational environment is a plus, 
  • fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge,
  • ERP system knowledge - you can work with corporate financial systems at least at a basic or intermediate level. It is a plus if you have used Microsoft Dynamics,
  • data analysis and reporting skills – Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP),
  • proactivity and independence – You can identify issues and propose solutions for handling balance clearing and overdue balances,
  • strong problem-solving skills – You can analyze the reasons behind overdue items and respond quickly,
  • communication and stakeholder management skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments,
  • attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks – Ensuring accuracy and precision in financial transactions and balance management.

  • take part in vendor account management in all areas of client’s line of business, where the level of seniority requires it,
  • perform complex account reconciliation tasks,
  • coordinating other account reconciliation tasks, providing professional support to junior colleagues, assisting with prioritization
  • support the Senior Team Lead in certain topics, such as: reporting, root cause analyses, handling complex cases,
  • perform operational KPIs and compliance with client policies and guidelines and pro-actively alert execution issues.
