What You would do at KPMG Legal:
- Work on complex financial regulatory mandates (e.g. gap analysis, regulatory mapping, questionnaires, licensing related matters)
- Drafting/reviewing and negotiating finance documents (facility agreements, security documents and related documents) in connection with acquisition finance/real estate finance, corporate and project finance transactions.
- Drafting of memorandum and other legal documents.
- Attending client meetings, negotiating with counterparties.
What brings You aboard:
- +4 years of experience at BIG4 or an international law firm, banking&finance, regulatory/ capital markets department
- Professional experience in the field of banking law and financial regulation.
- Experience in advising on the services/operations and licensing of financial institutions, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and/or investment firms.
- Experience in financial transactions, syndicated-club, or bilateral loans, and in the preparation and negotiation of related finance documents.
- Advantage if you have experience in capital markets transactions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
- Outstanding written and oral communication both in Hungarian and English
