- 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in Compliance, Internal Audit or Risk Management
- A solid academic background, with studies in fields like economics, finance or law
- Some established knowledge of the main banking regulations such as (either) MiFIR/MiFID, CRR/CRD, PSD, fraud and AML, recovery or resolution planning or other regulations related to the control-environment of financial institutions is a plus
- An interest and understanding of basic banking operations, main financial products and banking services (lending, investment or payment services)
- Strong interest in risk management and compliance
- Interest in investments, technology and/or sustainability and the green economic transition is a plus
- A team-oriented, collaborative attitude towards work
- Logical and structured thinking, and solid analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Hungarian
- Flexibility and capability to handle periodic workload peaks
As part of our team, we will count on you to…
- Participate in various risk, regulatory and governance projects for financial sector clients, cooperating, besides business functions, with Compliance, Risk Management, IT Risk Management, IT Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Back and Middle Office, Internal Audit or Treasury
- Be in contact with a broad range of financial sector clients (e.g. credit and payment institutions, electronic money issuers, and actively support project planning, administration and coordination as well as delivering professional outputs of the projects
- Support the team in business development, prepare and present professional materials
